Susy Visits Pt. 1

The first day we decided to take the Turquoise Trail to Santa Fe. We stopped in Madrid, an old mining town, where we explored a bit and got coffee from Java Junction.  Next we drove through the ghost town of Cerrillos and ended up looking at all the dusty antiques in the What Not Shop. #gallery-409-3 { margin: auto; } #gallery-409-3 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 50%; } #gallery-409-3 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-409-3 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */

Once in Santa Fe we walked around the plaza and stopped in the Andrew Smith Gallery, which has a great collection of prints from both local and internationally recognized artists.

They had a few pieces from Hulleah J. Tsinhnahjinnie’s 2003 series, Portraits Against Amnesia. Love her work.
